Our Program Approach & Pricing Plans
CAMPUS TOUR & INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS:

The Innovation Center is pleased to offer tours to walk-ins (subject to staff availability) or scheduled guests. Please call Gulya Alexander at 260.407.6450 to schedule an appointment to learn more about the NIIC programs and services, meet staff members, tour facilities, see our campus master plan & vision, and experience first-hand our amenities supporting entrepreneurs. There is no charge for this service. Tours and informational meetings typically last under one hour. We prefer an advance call if possible to ensure staff members can be available to tour you and/or your guests.

INITIAL INQUIRY & VENTURE PLANNING

Any individual and/or any company (regardless of size, revenue, or incorporation date) may schedule up to  four hours of complimentary business coaching annually (either in person or by phone) with the Innovation Center. This initial consultation will assist you in exploring resources, identifying networking opportunities or partners, and planning your venture, conducting a risk assessment, and examining referrals to Innovation Center networking partners. In addition, we will spend some time reviewing the Innovation Center program offerings and how to enroll in our high impact coaching programs. There is no charge for this initial meeting. There is no requirement in this initial inquiry and venture planning phase that the venture have a technology or innovative product or service. All business ideas or concepts are welcome to take advantage of this pre-planning and needs assessment opportunity.
 

We offer our services on a virtual basis to any venture in the World. Pricing for out of region ventures applies.

Subsequent initial venture planning meetings are conducted in a consultative coaching framework (and may use techniques from the Matthew Kelly’s Dream Manager coaching certification program) and are billed at $250/month to month.  A session typically will last no longer than one hour. The coach will provide guidance, suggestions, and insights during the meeting to help advance your business concept or idea.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBLITY
  • The City of Ft. Wayne and Allen County underwrite the major costs of providing and delivering some of the entrepreneurial programs and services to citizens living, residing, or working in our community.
  • All fees are non-refundable and must be paid in advance of the meeting by major credit card.
  • Meetings must be scheduled in advance. No walk-ins are permitted for coaching services offered under the non-facility based programs.
  • All of the programs offered on a non-facility basis are available to residential clients either at deeply discounted rates, free of charge or for the cost of the materials.
Venture Growth Programs
On our Campus (Facility-Based Program Option):

The Innovation Center offers coworking facilities with no admissions/selection requirements. This innovative and functional space provides pre-incubation clients or freelancers, road warriors, lifestyle entrepreneurs the opportunity to have a classy environment, limited access to conference rooms in our state-of the art 8,200 square feet Conference & Training Center.

The Innovation Center no longer offer virtual affiliate programs in the incubator, but has created an exceptionally valued coworking experience in Destination your Future. This space is flexible, affordable, professional atmosphere for your business and created a place where you will not be lonely, can interact with other like-minded entrepreneurs, network to grow your sales and business, and be in the hub/corridor of entrepreneurship and education.
