High Impact Coaching Offering: Customer Development/Innovation (Commercialization Planning) Program
Growing a business is a juggling act. You have to balance time, money, resources, and your ambition to change the world balanced against the realities of your market, growth and business opportunities. If you are developing a product, you know there is sure to be market, financial, business, product, and technological risk. How do you navigate with discipline through a lean stage-gate product development plan without breaking your bank. Most successful large companies have lots of people, lots of money, and think they have lots of time (that’s where you come in with your disruptive or innovative idea). Learning to pivot, making the tough calls, and laying out a plan to maximize your resources, product development pipeline, and market entry strategies to launching/commercializing your idea.

Prerequisite: None.

Facilitation Approach: Individualized, offered by phone or in person with a business coach.

Duration: 4 hours of personal business coaching a month for as long as you feel you need it.
Your Investment (3 month minimum engagement):
- $300 per month if you or your venture resides in NE Indiana.
Market Rate: Up to $2,500 per month if you were to use an outside consultant or certified coach EXCLUDING THE COSTS OF ONGOING COMMERCIALIZATION ASSISTANCE.
And for just a little more per month, you can get an office too! Don't forget to check out the space, services, and amenities of the incubator and growth center to assist you in getting your venture launched. Incubators have proven to increase the likelihood of success and accelerating the growth of early stage ventures.
