The Innovation Center, Northeast Indiana’s only ISO9001:2000 business & technology incubator, serves entrepreneurs, business owners, and existing businesses who want to launch (or expand, or re-invent) a company based on innovative technology, product, or process in a high growth industry/sector.  The Innovation Center is the region’s “one-stop shop” for all entrepreneurial services - e.g., business development, access to capital, product innovation and commercialization services, marketing, research, training, mentoring, and coaching - and it is committed to growing, building, or developing innovative businesses in Northeast Indiana.
 
The Innovation Center’s Pyramid to Success provides comprehensive services and solutions to the most pressing entrepreneurial and business needs: 
  • Access to Financial Capital (angel capital, angel syndicates, and the Innovation Center’s own LEAP fund for gap financing)
  • Access to Facilities Services & Infrastructure (a 55 acre Park with buildings and amenities for all stages of the business life cycle-idea, incubation, acceleration, second stage, anchor facilities, and growing businesses)
  • Access to Intellectual Capital Services (with the product development and stage-gate development processes to take a product to the marketplace)
