Incubator Offices and Labs

There is no better place in Northeast Indiana to launch your high growth startup venture than the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center.

Incubators are known to increase the likelihood of success for new ventures.  According to the National Business Incubator Association …

“Historically, NBIA member incubators have reported that 87 percent of all firms that have graduated from their incubators are still in business. In the general population, 66 percent of new firms survive at least two years, and 44 percent survive at least four years.”

The Innovation Center ranks among the best in the country.

You qualify for residence in the incubator if you meet these three criteria.

  1. You are planning or operating an innovative venture.
  2. You are planning to grow your venture and add jobs into our regional economy.
  3. You are planning to stay within Northeast Indiana.  This could be anywhere within Northeast Indiana – we encourage growth throughout the entire region.

Here are some examples of the types of ventures that would qualify.  If you don’t see your technology or innovative business concept on this list, don’t worry - this is NOT an exclusive list.  Contact us anyway.  If, for some reason, your venture is not qualified for residence in the incubator, we can still provide you services to help you grow – [link to Lean Startup].
