| Phoenix Consulting, LLC |
Innovative manufacturers are increasingly being required by their customers to gather information for product genealogy and traceability. More importantly, they are finding that by gathering this data they can use it in their business planning process to improve lean, six sigma, and capital expenditure decisions. Segments of the Innovative Manufacturing industry lack the personnel, skills or time to gather and integrate the vast number of control and communication protocols on the manufacturing floor into a single comprehensive package which can then be communicated vertically to and from MRP, ERP, or other business information systems.
Phoenix Consulting focuses on supplying control and information technology solutions for innovative manufacturing processes. Our mission is to improve our customer’s productivity while reducing their risk.
