IntelliTek Systems held a press conference Tuesday at the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center.
Matthew May, Company President and Chief Project Engineer, talked about ending user fees and creating a Software-as-a-Service company.
This company developed software that allows a business to web-base their company for a one-time fee, including maintenance. Companies will be able to integrate their entire sales, marketing, and accounting over the internet.
“We foresee creating 20 new jobs right here in Northeast Indiana across sales, marketing and technical support. It’s not only exciting for IntelliTek Systems, but also for Fort Wayne,” said May.
Also announced was the new SocialBiz, allowing companies to improve their customer service and marketing by using social media-based technologies.
This will allow companies to integrate with social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook.
