From the moment they walk into the 2-story atrium lobby with its 4-panel LCD display, they’ll know they’re dealing with true high-tech professionals. The receptionists that greet them are members of the NIIC professional staff, and they know your business as if it were their own. If your visitors are early, they’ll have their choice of two spacious waiting areas to relax in, with all the latest news and business publications (when our residents are featured in a local or regional business magazine or newspaper, which happens regularly, those are on prominent display, of course!). There are dual visitor areas, one on each side of the lobby. Each has an interactive touch screen panel where visitors can check their appointment times, their meeting areas (conference rooms, training centers, etc.), and even read a brief description of your company.
