| Cell Works, LLC |
Cellworks has developed the Digital Contacts mobile communication device program. This program is stored onto a wireless communication device and is designed to create digital profiles and business cards for exchanging with other individuals with similar devices. These programs will eliminate the need for using paper business cards as well as allow for easier and more informative social networking.
Profiles are beamed from each users phone using Bluetooth technology (a short range data sharing communications device found in cell phones) where they are then stored in a variety of categories designed for easy profile retrieval.
The digital contacts (DC) program consists of two separate versions available for purchase, a professional version and a social version. Both programs are designed for ease of use providing convenient contact organization which allows the user to easily store their contact information into a mobile device and quickly retrieve it through simple and easy contact organizers which allow for a contact to be sorted through a variety of different criteria lists. |

| Cellu-Redi, LLC |
Most high-end home automation systems that allow for remote control of climate/HVAC, security, lighting, electronic devices and appliances are designed for new home construction where smart home technology is installed during the building process and for buyers of luxury homes priced at $200,000 and above where cost is less of a barrier. The cost associated with the high-end systems excludes the 900,000 homes built annually in the U.S. that are priced less than $200,000 and the 46,900,000 existing homes where the cost of retrofitting is prohibitive.
Cellu-Redi’s intellectual property called the “Hub,” a cellular based remote control device removes the primary barrier of high start-up costs associated with home automation systems. The Cellu-Redi solution fills a gap in the marketplace providing convenience and safety affordably, because the “Hub” and a cell phone are the only equipment needed. Cellu-Redi offers control of climate/HVAC, security, lighting, electronic devices and appliances in your home or business "wirelessly", using a cell phone. Cellu-Redi has a U.S. patent and a provisional software patent is pending and has filed for patent protection in eight foreign countries.
