| Vision Menu |
Vision Menu enables automotive and power sports dealers to increase profitability, sell more units, sell more Finance and Insurance products, ensures the sales and Finance process are compliant, and evaluates profits more effectively. Vision Menu provides a better user interface at a more affordable price. Without our solution, dealers have a less efficient sales process relying on a manual worksheet of disclosing sales numbers or a high priced solution that leaves them paying for options they don’t use. In F&I, menu selling has become the standard in the Automotive field and is growing in popularity in power sports. Studies have shown that the average retail unit is increased by $100 when a menu is used. (Dealer track study). Our product provides complete disclosure to the customer, both to make their buying decision and to choose the finance and insurance products they want. On both accounts it focuses the customer on the decision-making process, giving them options or packages to choose from. The result is higher profits on the sale of the vehicle and more aftermarket products purchased. The analytics package gives the dealer a forward straight/ industry best practice approach to reporting that can be accessed immediately after a sale is made.

Onin Staffing was founded in Dallas, Texas in 1994 by Managing Partner Keith
Phillips in borrowed office space, armed with only folding furniture, a phone
and a desire to provide for his young family; ours is a Cinderella story.
The Ōnin Group is a privately held multi-regional staffing agency serving the Southeast,
Mid-south, Midwestern and Southwestern United States. We are among the top
three percent of domestic staffing companies in sales volume and feature the
most sophisticated staffing industry technology and hiring practices available
today. In spite of our size, we have maintained the highly personalized service
and partnership mindset indicative of a smaller, less bureaucratic company. We develop hiring programs specifically
tailored to suit our clients' needs. This commitment has fueled our growth. The
new offices we have opened to date have been opened because of invitations to
expand with our existing clients in markets where they conduct business.
