SECURITY ACCESS: The primary entrance is monitored by the concierge during normal business hours. Clients have 24-hour access to the Innovation Center and its offices through proximity cards and keys. Proximity cards and keys are required for access to the client specific technology or biomedical wings as well as individual offices and lab spaces. 14 DVR surveillance cameras monitor NIIC’s campus 24-hours a day for added safety and security.

OFFICE FURNITURE: The Innovation Center purchases office furniture for client residents. Executive office furniture and modular work stations are available to suit client’s specific needs.

LAB EQUIPMENT: The Innovation Center provides laboratory equipment based on the nature of the company and client specific needs. Biomedical clients have access to the shared Common Equipment Room which contains a reverse osmosis water system and de-ionized water supplies.

INTERNET: Providing internet access at no cost is a part of the Innovation Center’s benefits for resident clients. The Innovation Center operates on a high speed redundant internet connection, with fail-safe protection against internet outages and downtime.

INTERN ACCESS: Interns from various colleges are frequently contracted by the Innovation Center. Clients may request assistance with short term research and projects at nominal costs.

LIBRARY RESOURCES: The Innovation Center’s library is equipped with valuable entrepreneurial resources and handbooks. Books may be checked out or used at the client’s convenience.

CONFERENCING: Advanced, technologically integrated conference rooms are available for client use, with a maximum capacity of 80 guests. Scheduling and special arrangements require advanced booking with the concierge. *For more information please see Conferencing Brochure*

WIRELESS ACCESS HOTSPOTS: Wireless internet hotspots available in NIIC’s central core for meetings and conferencing convenience.

PROJECTOR RENTAL: NIIC Clients may rent projectors for off site presentations or conferencing on first come-first serve basis. Initial first day rental is free, additional cost per day is $35. Client assumes responsibility of lost, stolen, and/or damages while in custody of projector.
